Hey I’m Riva and I’m a PCS Mentor with Milhousing Network! I’ve been living the military spouse lifestyle for almost 5 years and have embraced all the ups and downs it has to offer. My husband is active duty in the Navy. We have an energetic 3 year old that always keeps us busy but also is the best company when my husband is underway. We are currently stationed in Norfolk, VA and purchased our first home in Virginia Beach last year and we absolutely love the area! From PCSing to the West Coast and then back to the East Coast, I’ve learned a few things that I hope to share with other spouses to make their move a little less stressful.
