Halloween Treasure Hunt
Check out the O Street Museum in DC for their annual Halloween Treasure hunt on October 25th! This museum has over 80 secrets doors and 100 rooms so be prepared to look around! Tickets must be purchased ahead of time and are $52.00 each. Wear your costumes and get trick or treat candy as well!

Trick or Treating at Mount Vernon
You’ll be able to check out the historic ground at Mount Vernon while collecting candy in your costume! This event takes place on October 26th and you must purchase tickets ahead of time. They hold an annual costume parade as well as great selfie stations for you to snap a picture in your costumes! Experience the art of soap making using 18th century techniques as well as getting an inside look at the blacksmith shop. Enjoy music of the revolution, a magic show and say hello to Lady Washington in the upper Garden. This amazing event lasts for 4 hours and you won’t want to miss any of it!
Boo at the Zoo
The National Zoo’s Boo at the Zoo event is a family favorite that you won’t want to miss! You can enjoy trick or treating while wearing your costume, dancing, tasty treats and even extra time to view the animals! You’ll see amazing Halloween decorations throughout the zoo as well as halloween props in the
animal enclosures! This event isn’t too spooky so it’s fun for all ages. Be sure to grab your tickets ahead of time online! The event runs from October 18th-20th from 6-8:30 pm.
